Matthew Lucas
Matthew joined as Corporate Services Director in July 2024. He is focused on leading his team in creating business platforms, systems, processes and environments that enable the business to scale effectively, safely and securely.
Matthew has spent the last 30 years developing and honing his experience in the financial service sector. He began his career in the self-invested pension industry prior to spending a number of years within the wealth management, investment management, private banking and more recently Insurance sectors. He has held several leadership roles, primarily focused on operational management and business transformation. Prior to joining Roke, he was Chief Operating Officer for the Underwriting division of a Global Insurance, Risk Management and Consulting business.
His experience spans a wide variety of areas including operating optimisation, business scalability, service improvement, technology utilisation, digital innovation, data accessibility, merger and acquisition integration, real estate, business continuity and large-scale programme delivery.
