Phil Aitchison
Phil joined as National Security Director in June 2024, and is focussed on driving growth in Roke’s National Security Division.
He brings together the domain understanding and technical expertise of 800+ engineers, strengthened by the creative spark of diverse talent of Roke Academy graduates to deliver Roke’s core mission of helping to make the world a safer place.
Phil brings over 20 years of experience of working with critical national infrastructure clients. Prior to Roke, his experience spans SME, Defence Prime and Integrator leadership roles across homeland security, law enforcement, cyber security, and digital transformation.
